Order status and delivery
Once your order has left us, you will receive an e-mail containing a tracking umber to follow its progress online. If you are a registered customer, you can also follow your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
During the delivery, it is recommended to check with attention the package before signing the carrier's documents. In the case of acceptance with non authorized signature, tampered package or damaged contents, the clients must sign with reserve or refuse the delivery. Besides the client must communicate it, within a maximum of 10 days from the date of resultant delivery from the messenger, to Marcos Mondovì S.r.l. to the e-mail address email@example.com.
If the package is damaged or if the inside is incomplete, the packing must be preserved for further verifications.
If the package is not delivered for causes depending on the client (wrong address, continue absence of the recipient, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the client refuses the delivery, the shipping cost and any customs duties will be in charge of the client.
